How to check your e-card registered skills 

The How to Check an e-card document  below is aimed at Learners, Training Providers and anyone from industry who wishes to check a e-card. We have documented 6 methods that can be used to check a e-card. Check the method type to see who can use it and what information they are able to access.

 

Learners who have supplied Lantra with an e-mail address will receive access to their cards and should always be the first point of contact when checking their skills. The Training Provider is the next point of contact as they receive confirmation and a e-card report. The e-card report can be supplied to Learners and clients. The final point is anyone in industry who wishes to check a Learner’s skill can use three different website checkers to access information. You can also contact the Lantra customer service team if you are struggling to locate a Learner on the website checkers.

  • 14 May 2021: Notification sent to all NHSS Providers of increase in Proctored Exam fee for tests booked as from the 1st June 2021. Those tests booked prior to this date but taken on or after that date will be charged at the new rate of £15.00 + vat per learner per test
  • 19 May 2021: Notification issued to all NHSS Providers Lantra will no longer accept requests for exceptional circumstances for extending expiry dates or grace periods
  • 20 May 2021: Date for TSCO Standard Setting Event sent to relevant Providers and instructors
