Day 1 focuses on the role of Visual Tree Assessment (VTA), introducing candidates to the use of diagnostic tools such as sonic and electrical resistance tomography. Participants engage in field exercises, research projects, and hands-on demonstrations to understand the limitations and best practices for tree risk assessment.
Day 2 builds on this foundation with a deeper dive into tomogram interpretation, microdrill analysis, and research-based evaluation of internal decay detection methods. The course combines theoretical learning with extensive practical sessions, ensuring candidates leave with the ability to apply these techniques effectively in real-world scenarios.
