This course highlights the impact of BS 8646:2023 – Code of Practice (CoP) on the safe use of AMM for UK companies. It is predominantly aimed at those businesses and their staff working with AMM but will also be useful for manufacturers and distributors selling into the UK market.

This introductory course explains how to achieve compliance with the new regulations and demonstrates best practice to support those working with or thinking about adopting AMM.
The course gives an overview of the key considerations and main obligations for specific roles and responsibilities. It will introduce learners to the sorts of issues that they will have to evaluate, and highlight the obligations that employers and employees have under the new Code of Practice.
