The Country Sports Ireland NI Deer Stalking Training Course is accepted by the Police Service for Northern Ireland as part of the criteria for issuing a firearms certificate to enable possession a deer legal calibre rifle for hunting purposes. The Country Sports Ireland NI Deer Stalking Training Course is also accepted by the Food Standards Agency Northern Ireland as meeting the requirements of EU regulations relating to training of persons who hunt wild game, with a view to placing it on the market for human consumption. Therefore successful learners will be able to supply wild deer carcasses to an Approved Game Handling Establishment.

Every learner receives free access to a unique online training manual upon booking and also attends a two day training course which includes detailed presentations and practical demonstrations, covering all relevant aspects of deer stalking and management of wild deer species in NI.
