By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • Design and develop a prioritisation tool personal to themselves which integrates urgent and important sectors.
  • Implement planning tools such as critical path analysis and Gantt charts.
  • Assertive diary management.
  • Develop a personal action plan.
  • Describe the elements of results focused delegation.
  • List several innovative ways of dealing with time related issues.

The course will present learners with a series of concepts and best practice time management ideas - “monkeys and frogs” along with opportunities to reflect on, discuss and put into practice those ideas.
