The course contains theoretical and practical information about antibiotic use and antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

Topics focused on include farm antibiotic management, responsibilities and best practice in responsible antibiotic use.

Three modules must be completed. This includes two core modules, plus a module covering responsible and effective use of antibiotics in pigs.

Upon successful completion, a Lantra certificate of training will be available to download and print.

E-learning

This course is designed to train people in the responsible use of antibiotics in pigs.

This can include farmers, farm workers, and vets.

There are two mandatory core modules.

There is an additional module that focusing on using antibiotics responsibly and effectively in pigs

You must undertake all three modules to successfully complete the course
