Importance of Lantra's Approved Training Providers

Lantra prides itself in working with key stakeholders to deliver The Austroads Safety Hardware Training and Accreditation Scheme (ASHTAS). 

 

Lantra’s priority is to ensure that we have a qualified and approved network of training providers in order to enhance the learner journey.

 

The ASHTAS career development initiative is vital in raising standards for the Installation of Road Safety Barriers and keeping both the road worker and the travelling public safe.

Roading Industry Support Services Ltd (RISS)

 

RISS are a forward-thinking team of trainers, contractors, facilitators, consultants and field experienced specialists from various industries offering:

 

ASHTAS Operative 

 

  1. Classroom training with end of course invigilated test 
  2. Online e-learning package including end of course 🛈 proctoredThe candidate's webcam, audio and window activity will be monitored during the test. test  
    (Alternatively the learner can request to complete the test online invigilated exam with their Training Provider’s ASHTAS instructor). 
     

ASHTAS Installer A & B Modules  

 

Seats are limited to 15 per course.

 

  1. Installer A workshop (following Operative training).  The learner will complete classroom training with end of course invigilated test.  They will be issued with an e-logbook to complete the ‘generic’ units. 
  2. Installer B (following Installer A module and completion of ‘generic’ e-logbook).  The learner will complete classroom training for at least 1 Public Domain system and an end of course invigilated test.  They will be required to complete the e-logbook units for that specific system. 
     

 

Safe System Solutions

 

Safe System Solutions are experts in delivering services in Road Safety, Risk Management, Data Analysis and Facilitation & Training. 

 
ASHTAS Operative 

 

  1. Classroom training with end of course invigilated test 
  2. Blended learning. The learner will: 
    • Complete 2 hours of self-paced course content 
    • Attend a 1.5 hour live online workshop 
    • Complete an online invigilated exam

XStructe Training

 

Established in 2016, XStructE  is an engineering consulting company based in Brisbane, QLD committed to delivering comprehensive engineering services from concept to completion and operation stages in building, civil and construction industries.  

 

XStructE also deliver high quality training for ASHTAS.
