Customer Service and Warehouse Co-ordinator

We are looking for a customer service and warehouse co-ordinator at our head office, Lantra House, in Stoneleigh Park.

This is a great chance to work in the team responsible for the accurate processing of Lantra Awards customers' orders, to agreed expectations. 

Your main responsibilities will be to provide customers with material orders which include the production of in-house printing and support for stock orders, as well as accurately and effectively processing customer orders and entering learner names onto our internal IT system for certification and the production of skills cards.

Office Co-ordinator

Lantra is the Sector Skills Council for the UK’s land-based, aquaculture and environmental conservation industries. Following a review of business requirements in Scotland, we are now seeking to recruit an Office Co-ordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience of business and finance administration in an office environment, meeting and event organisation experience, and relevant customer facing experience.

Your primary responsibilities will be to co-ordinate Lantra’s Perth office and administration work in Scotland. You will provide support for colleagues and project delivery, monitor business finance processes, and champion quality and health and safety.

Land-based and aquaculture business sector experience in Scotland and quality processes experience are advantageous but not essential.

Standards and Frameworks Project Manager

We currently have a Standards and Frameworks Project Manager vacancy at our head office.

This opportunity will allow you to manage the design and delivery of projects, maintain, review and develop occupational/industrial standards and related learning frameworks/apprenticeship systems based on identified industry requirements.

We are looking for someone with knowledge and relevant recent experience of developing and reviewing standards, qualifications and learning frameworks.

You'll need project management skills, as well as experience of the relevant UK regulation systems.

Recent experience of effective project management will be advantageous.

We have a position available as an EPA Co-ordinator, based in our head office.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of apprenticeship standards, and experience of managing external sub-contractors.

It is an administrative role, where customer service experience, and proofreading skills are required.

You'll be responsible for providing project co-ordination and administrative support for the End Point Assessment Body.

Project Administrator

We currently have a Project Administrator vacancy in Standards, Frameworks and EPA team, based at our head office.

If you're able to work well both in a team but also independently this could be the role for you.

We're looking for someone with experience of providing co-ordination and administration for a development team. It is important that you have excellent literacy and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Word and Excel. Proofreading skills and attention to detail are fundamental and a commitment to working to tight deadlines is needed to carry out this role successfully.
