Sarah Bailey

Sarah Bailey is an External Compliance Manager for AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group and previously Open College Network West Midlands.  Sarah works within Compliance and the implementation of Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education’s (QAA) regulations. Sarah has a wealth of experience in compliance over a variety of settings, including, regulated qualifications, which sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and non-regulated qualifications, Further Education, Access to Higher Education and Health.

Previously to her current role Sarah had worked at a merged Further Education College for twelve years as a Curriculum Manager as well as maintaining her adult nursing registration. Before working within education, Sarah was a senior nurse working within numerous specialisms within a Foundation NHS Trust over a twenty-six-year period.

Sarah is married and has two grown up children and a new addition, her cockapoo dog Murphy. Sarah loves music, theatre and walking.
