Research - helping Lantra act as a voice of employers

Research is central to the work of Lantra. As an employer-led organisation Lantra needs to have the ability to act as a voice of employers and a strong evidence base will enable this to be done with confidence.

Lantra's objective is a rigorous, authoritative and forward looking perspective on the skills requirements of the environmental and land-based sector.

To do this, Lantra has developed a research strategy that outlines how they will work with industry, government departments, trade associations and other partners over the coming 3 years to provide robust labour market intelligence.
