“I decided the Modern Apprenticeship was the ideal way for me to gain recognition of the skills I have developed throughout my career, whilst also acquiring new skills. The training is highly applicable to my job and unlike other qualifications there is very little time away from the workplace which is beneficial to me and my employers.

“As a direct result of the SVQ Level 2 coursework I gained new PC skills, which have benefited me both professionally and personally. The most challenging aspect of the course is exercising self-discipline and thinking more in-depth about my job and the day-to-day responsibilities it carries. My managers are very supportive and this has helped a great deal.
