Funding in England

  Women and Work

The Women and Work project offers funding to train your future managers.

The project is aimed at women in the sector, where few females have highly skilled or managerial jobs. The goal is to improve the gender balance in the sector.

Lantra provides up to £1000 of funding and support which is added to £250 from the employer. This provides support from a personal skills coach to the employee.

Training programmes focus on leadership, management and supervisory skills as well as technical, specialist and professional skills.

Who is eligible?
