On Friday 27 June Lantra's Skills for Our Nation campaign came to Birmingham.
The national campaign aims to highlight the importance of the environmental and land-based sector to people's everyday life, raise some of the issues facing its industries and help bring fresh interest and employees into the sector.
Ros works with employers in the West Midlands to encourage investment in skills and with regional agencies to help them understand the needs of the diverse industries in the land based sector.
Also included within Ros's wider remit for Lantra is working with the fencing industry and the trees and timber industry in the UK.
