Skills training, education and business support can help you meet the challenges of the industry today.  With the right skills, you can improve efficiency, reduce wastage and become more profitable.

Changes to CAP reform and a reduction in the workforce mean that farm enterprises are under great pressure to adapt and be flexible in order to keep up with market factors and recruitment issues.

For farmers and farm-workers, Lantra can make a real difference because we understand the challenges facing the industry. From identifying and addressing skills issues through to business development and support, we can give you access to help – when you need it.
