Our structure

Lantra’s structure is founded on employers from the sector. Experts from each industry play an important role in forming our strategies, products and services, because they know the needs of their industries better than anyone else.

Operational teams

Under the leadership of Chief Executive, Peter Martin, Lantra has five teams, each with a specific responsibility:

 

  • Policy, Research and Development

  • Products and services

  • Marketing

  • Finance and business support

  • Regions and Nations

 

Within these areas Lantra has the expertise, capacity and capability to understand the employer’s needs, the employee’s requirements and to produce solutions that will deliver tangible results.
